A federal judge has once again ordered the Trump administration to reinstate the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, commonly called DACA.

The program protects nearly 800,000 undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. as children from being deported. Three separate federal judges have ordered that it be reinstated on some level.

This judge has ordered that it be restored in its entirety, upholding his decision from April. He says officials still haven't given an adequate legal explanation for shutting down the program in the first place.

He delayed his order until later this month to give the administration time to appeal.
