TMZ is reporting that Bill Cosby is looking into possibly suing Montgomery County, Pennsylvania where he was in prison.
It would be based on "abuse of process," arguing the prosecutor deliberately broke rules to prosecute him.
Cosby served nearly three years of his sentence before being released. It was supposed to last 3-10 years.
