The AstraZeneca COVID vaccine is offline in parts of Europe after reports of blood clots after the vaccine. But experts think it's coincidence.

AstraZeneca is reportedly eyeing FDA approval for its vaccine in the coming weeks, just as several European countries sideline the shot after reports of blood clots. But experts are hoping investigations will dispel concerns and keep the vaccine online.
