Amazon is launching a low-cost version of Prime for some Medicaid recipients.

The membership will cost $5.99 per month, instead of the usual $12.99 rate. It will include all Prime perks, like free two-day shipping and access to music and movies. In order to qualify for the discount, customers need a valid electronic benefits transfer or Medicaid card. Those users have the option to renew their membership every year for up to four years and can cancel at any time.

Last year, Amazon started offering a discounted Prime membership for customers on other government assistance programs, like the Supplemental Nutrition Access Program, or SNAP, and the Women, Infants and Children Nutrition Program, or WIC.

At the end of 2017, nearly 70 million people were enrolled in Medicaid, the federal health insurance program for low-income Americans.
