If you're looking for a dose of inspiration, meet this 6-year-old BMX rider.
Ellie Carey won the BMX world title for her age group.
She started riding when she was 2 on a Strider, a brand of bike without pedals.
"Every day, she would ask for a faster bike with pedals," Ellie's mom said.

But Ellie really realized she loved BMX after she tried ballet.
"In ballet, you don't really get anything, but in BMX, you get like a trophy," Ellie said.
Ellie has reached 22 miles per hour on her bike. And with speeds like that, she's says she's ready to keep winning.
"When it's a race, I want to win the race or just try again," Ellie said.
